Welcome to the Thame Park Estates Residents Association (TPERA) website. TPERA was officially formed in May 2021 by a group of volunteers who live on Hampden Gardens and Thame Park estate.

TPERA have reached their 2nd anniversary and is a time for reflection on the achievements we have made in a relatively short time. A full list of these achievements is available on the above tab.

This is also a notice to residents to volunteer and place themselves forward for election to the Residents Association. We can confirm that all current officers are willing to stand for re-election but would also be excited for new volunteers to join the association. Currently there is an uneven balance between the estates with only 1 member from the Taylor Wimpey estate, so we would love to achieve a better balance. We also wanted to confirm that this invitation is for ALL residents who live on the estates whether private owed or rented properties.
